It is common for new mums (even if it's not your first baby!) to experience difficulties when they are breastfeeding - every journey is unique and different and that's ok. The most important thing to remember is that you are not alone. But what do you do when you are really struggling, you have tried everything and do not know where to turn?

Do you know how important it is to wear a good fitting bra and how much difference it can make? read on to find out!
It's a busy time prepping for a new arrival! Getting the baby's room ready, getting a new car seat, changing mat, new cot, new toys, teenie little babygrows, the list can be endless! It's really common that new mums have a long checklist for the baby, but often forget about the little things to help themselves! Often, it is a really good, supportive nursing bra is forgotten about until they reach that moment of desperation - and that's where I come in! This blog will highlight the nursing bras I stock, how they should fit you and some other little new mum recommendations*!
So this is a question that I usually get asked on a daily basis during my private bra fitting appointments! It might look like a very simple question, but there is actually is an educated answer - with enough to write a blog about it! So, do you know which hook & eye to wear your bra on?
Does your bra irritate you? Is it constantly moving around, slipping or just feel like its not supporting you very well? Grab yourself a cup of tea and have a little read to find out what the 5 most common indicators of a badly fitting bra....
Working from home is a funny old thing! I don't know about you, but I always seem to put pressure on myself to try and follow that cliche "ideal" WFH routine. In my head, my cliche WFH day would go a little something like this: wake up extra early to do an hour of yoga whilst the birds are chirping, sip a green tea + enjoy avocado on toast for breakfast, to then be showered, dressed and ready at my desk by 9am sharp, ready to whizz through and tick off all of my "to do" list. Easy, right?
The Kent Women In Business Awards is a wonderful event that celebrates businesswomen all over Kent. I was lucky enough to be nominated and get through to the finals - read on to find out how I got on!
How it is December already!? I don't know about you, but this year has gone super quickly! November whizzed by and now it's time to start decking those halls and jingling those bells!
When it comes to Christmas shopping, are you mega organised with a colour coded spreadsheet and all of your presents wrapped before December even begins? Or do you run around the day before in a bit of a panic, fuelled by mince pies and tangled in cellotape?! Or somewhere inbetween maybe? Gift giving can be a tricky old thing, especially if you've exhaused all of the bubble bath giftsets, candles and festive chocolates. Do you want to give that special someone something a little bit different this year? A present that brings them actual real life 'Comfort & Joy'...? How do you wash your bras?
Sounds like a bit of a silly question doesn't it, as the obvious answer is the washing machine...where you wash the rest of your clothes! But did you know that putting your lovely new bras in the washing machine will actually do more harm than good? Let me explain why...
